Youmna Khan JP – Learning & Curriculum Partnership Manager
Learning & Curriculum Partnership Manager – Bradford Council
I came to the UK when I was 12 years old and my schooling experience in the UK started in year 9. I was already fluent in English so it was easy to adjust. I grew up in a single parent household where I quickly learnt to be independent with having my first part time job at 15 years old. I am a qualified level 6 career guidance practitioner specialising in career consultancy and advice.
I graduated from university of Bradford with a degree in law and European business and went onto completing a graduate management scheme completing MA in management from York University.
I have 22 years experience of working with and supporting people in employment and now leading a district wide project to ensure young people are equipped with the right skills leading to positive outcomes.
I have always been a driven person always looking for opportunities to learn and develop and give back to the community.
