Â My late father started as just buying & selling properties to family & friends in the late 70's, then eventually buying properties from auctions then developing into residential & commercial properties to sell.I as a young man joined the family business began concentrating on the rental market .then creating a care home business, restaurant trade, apartments, shops, houses etc.Today my eldest daughter who is a qualified Property Solicitor, looks after the legal side.
